Leadership Team

Ms. Feasel brings over 25 years of healthcare experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care hospitals, and home health to Resolute Physical and Medicine and Rehabilitation. In addition to serving as President of Resolute, Ms. Feasel is responsible for the oversight of ten long-term acute care hospitals. Prior to her current role, Ms. Feasel served with Kindred Healthcare for 21 years in key leadership positions. She was an instrumental part of the successful launch of PeopleFirst, the start of Kindred’s rehabilitation offerings.

Ms. Benningfield-Crelia brings over two decades of experience in rehabilitation to Resolute. Ms. Benningfield-Crelia’s inspiration to serve others started when she began her career as a nurse and continues to this day. At Resolute, Ms. Benningfield-Crelia shares the wealth of knowledge she gained as a CNO and clinical educator to help Resolute achieve clinical excellence and foster quality care. Previously, Ms. Benningfield-Crelia served as Chief Clinical Officer for Kindred’s Austin-based rehabilitation hospital and Chief Nursing Officer at HealthSouth (now known as Encompass Health) Rehabilitation.

Ms. Vinciguerra is a Speech Language Pathologist and a results-driven professional with 25 years of experience in healthcare, including acute rehab, long-term acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing, and home health settings. Of those years, Ms. Vinciguerra has 17 years of experience directing operations in acute and post-acute environments. She has served as a multi-site CEO for Encompass Health, VP of Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Area Director of Operations for a company with multi-state oversight, and as a Regional LTACH CEO at Select. She is focused on developing initiatives to improve team morale and community engagement. She builds and maintains strategic relationships across joint venture partnerships, maximizing shared resources and knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ms. Vinciguerra leverages an extensive portfolio with proven results to enhance hospital operations and increase patient satisfaction.

Mr. Rogone brings over a decade of success in healthcare to Resolute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As Vice President of Financial Analysis and Planning for Resolute, Mr. Rogone is responsible for analyzing the financial well-being of Resolute’s partnerships to ensure they are aligned with strategic financial goals. Mr. Rogone’s financial experience began in investment banking at Credit Suisse as part of the Global Healthcare Group. He continued his career in the Middle Market Healthcare Services Group of Lazard where he navigated acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $40 billion.

Ms. Boney has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience in LTACH and rehabilitation settings. As Chief Development Officer for Resolute, Ms. Boney uses her wealth of knowledge from prior senior leadership roles in sales and development to help Resolute excel in the rehabilitation space. Ms. Boney has demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing and evaluating marketing objectives for sustainable growth. Ms. Boney has served as Senior Vice President for Community Hospitals Corporation and Vice President of Development for Kessler Institute/Select Medical.

Mr. Walker oversees the strategic partnerships with Resolute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In this role, Mr. Walker is dedicated to providing Resolute partners with the tools they need to grow the service line. Mr. Walker ensures each partnership has the goal-focused foundation needed to develop a strong alignment strategy. Previously, Mr. Walker served as Managing Director with Highland Capital Management, SVP with Health Markets, VP of Marketing Operations with Capital One Financial, and an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company.
